1. Introduction & Acceptance

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under our platform policy. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).

• You may only hold one (1) registered account on winmy18. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and promptly update your account details if they change.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. This includes, but is not limited to, all wagers placed, transactions initiated, and any communications sent via your account credentials.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times. Do not share them with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify winmy18 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• winmy18 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of RM 10 may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, subject to the applicable balance not reaching zero.
• winmy18 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

winmy18 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods to facilitate seamless MYR-denominated transactions. All financial activity on the platform is subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Public Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC).
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method in the name of the registered account holder. winmy18 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to current blockchain network fees, which will be deducted from the withdrawal amount or charged separately as applicable.
• winmy18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large transaction amounts.
• Typical processing time is 3–5 business hours for approved withdrawals, though this may vary based on your chosen payment method and prevailing network conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

winmy18 regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional validity window. Unused bonus funds will expire and be forfeited at the end of the validity period.
• Bonuses are only available to members who have completed the registration process and satisfied the 21+ age verification requirement.
• Each member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Multiple accounts or device sharing for the purpose of claiming the same promotion constitutes bonus abuse.
• winmy18 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where operationally practical.

7. Betting Rules

• Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the User.

• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a legitimately processed transaction. Accounts where fraudulent chargebacks are identified will be permanently banned.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the winmy18 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, audio, video, software code, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of winmy18 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
